I’ve placed an order – when will I receive it?

We dispatch all ready orders within 7 working days. As soon as your order is dispatched – you will receive a confirmation mail along with the tracking details. You will be able to track your order from there.

How do I return an item?

As a company policy, we do not accept returns. But if you want to exchange your juttis for another size / design, you can do so by following a simple process.

I like a design but it’s not in stock anymore?

All our designs are Limited Edition - which means they are limited in number, exclusive and unique.

Which one's left or right?

Women's juttis are made in same style. There is no left or right – but once worn, jutti will automatically take the shape of your feet.

How do I take care of my juttis?

We send a care-card in the box with each purchase so you don't have to remember the points. But you can read all about it here :
