EXCHANGES & RETURNS

In the whole process of accepting your order and delivering it, we make sure you are well assisted. We put in a lot of effort, passion, love and time to create a quality product and all the pieces are well checked before sending out but for some reason if you wish to exchange them, you could write to us on info@sozanjaipur.com

How to exchange? 

 As a company policy, we do not provide refunds on any goods sold. However, we may exchange the goods after doing a thorough inspection.

• Notify us on info@sozanjaipur.com within 48 hours of receiving the juttis
• We must receive the goods within 10-14 days from the date it was shipped to you. 
• We do not charge for delivering the goods however in case of return, the cost of shipping the goods back shall be borne by you. 
• Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. 
• Shoes which show signs that they were worn before will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. 
• Juttis bought during SALE period will not be exchanged or returned.
• No refunds & exchanges on International orders.
• Custom-made orders are non-exchangeable or refundable
