We put in a lot of effort, passion, love and time to create a quality product and all the pieces are well checked before sending out but for some reason if you wish to exchange them, you could write to us on

How to exchange? 

 As a company policy, we do not provide refunds on any goods sold. However, we may exchange the goods after doing a thorough inspection.

  • Notify us on within 48 hours of receiving the juttis
  • We must receive the goods within 10-14 days from the date it was shipped to you. 
  • We do not charge for delivering the goods however in case of return, the cost of shipping the goods back shall be borne by you. 
  • Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. 
  • Shoes which show signs that they were worn before will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. 
  • Juttis bought during SALE period will not be exchanged or returned.
  • No refunds & exchanges on International orders.
  • Custom-made orders are non-exchangeable or refundable
